The Winston County Sheriff's Dept. is asking for help in locating Ricky Cole. Cole is a fugitive wanted in Winston County on a charge of Statutory Rape. Cole has been sought for several months but has been avoiding capture. He is known to spend time in Philadelphia, Meridian and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
